1. Minimal Data Collection
We do not collect physical addresses, phone numbers, or identity documents for standard accounts. We only require an email address and payment history (transaction IDs) to operate your account.
2. Message Retention
Logs of messages sent through GENSMS are kept for technical troubleshooting and billing purposes. These logs are automatically purged after 30 days unless specific account settings dictate otherwise.
3. Zero-Sharing Policy
We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third-party marketing companies. Data is only shared with carrier networks to the extent required to deliver the SMS to the recipient's handset.
4. Encryption
All communication with our API and Dashboard is secured via high-grade SSL/TLS encryption. Your API keys and passwords are hashed using advanced cryptographic standards.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies only. We do not use third-party tracking pixels (like Facebook or Google Analytics) that could leak your browsing habits to third parties.
6. Compliance Requests
As an Estonian entity, we only respond to data requests that are accompanied by a valid order from an Estonian court. We do not comply with informal requests from foreign agencies.
