1. Service Autonomy
GENSMS provides an autonomous global SMS transit gateway. We prioritize service uptime and delivery performance over bureaucratic constraints. Our infrastructure is optimized for businesses that value speed and privacy.
2. Account Anonymity & Payments
We support and encourage the use of cryptocurrencies. Accounts are identified primarily by email. GENSMS does not require traditional banking or credit checks. All payments made via crypto are final and converted to messaging credits that never expire.
3. Privacy-First Usage
While we prohibit illegal spam, we respect the privacy of our users. We do not monitor the content of messages unless required by a specific, legally-binding Estonian court order. Users are responsible for their own compliance with destination country laws.
4. No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of crypto transactions and carrier-side costs, all top-ups are non-refundable. Credits stay in your account forever until used.
5. Service Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust routing and pricing in real-time to maintain the best possible delivery rates across our 190+ supported destinations.
6. Jurisdiction
